About Your Librarian

Welcome to my “About Me” page. This page is here to serve as a brief introduction to myself and the work that I do with the Advent Christian Ministry Training Program. I have been with the program for a few years now, and I have had lots of opportunities to meet with students and help them with research, assignments, and even some help with their other projects. My job is to help

I am a graduate (M.Div.) of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I am also on staff in the GCTS library overseeing library technology and aiding students just like you in accessing digital collections like the Digital Theological Library, of which MTI is also a part of. I serve as a member representative to the DTL board and have a great working relationship with their staff. I have a master's degree in library and information science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I also have over 16+ years' experience working in academic and theological libraries. I particularly enjoy helping students with theological and exegetical research.

I also have over 14+ years' experience in Christian ministry. I am an ordained minister with the Piedmont Conference in the Appalachian Region. I have served as pastor and interim pastor for several churches. I currently enjoy doing supply preaching for many AC churches in the Piedmont conference. So, if anyone has questions about ministry and church work, I can help with that too.
